This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of medical devices purchased from P4 Biologix, LLC.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship medical devices to the following regions:
Continental United States of America, Hawaii, and Alaska
If your location is not listed, please contact our support team at info@p4biologix.com to confirm availability.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping methods include:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)
- International Shipping (delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance)
You may select your preferred shipping method at checkout, where available.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom orders, prescription-required items, or regulated devices may require additional processing time.
We will notify you by email if there are any delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Promotional shipping rates or free shipping may be offered periodically and will be clearly indicated.
5. Tracking and Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
6. Risk of Loss and Damaged Goods
All items are shipped FOB Destination from our facility. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at qualitycontrol@p4biologix.com with photo documentation and a description of the damage.
7. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders:
- Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delays due to customs inspections or clearance are outside of our control.
- We are not responsible for items confiscated or rejected by your country’s regulatory authorities.
Please verify local import laws and licensing requirements for medical devices before placing an international order.
8. Restricted and Regulated Products
Some medical devices may require a prescription, license, or proof of professional use. Orders for such items may be delayed until verification is complete. If documentation is not provided, the order may be canceled.
9. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay duties/taxes, you will be responsible for reshipping fees. If a refund is issued, shipping charges will not be refunded.
