Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing from P4 Biologix. We are committed to providing high-quality medical devices that meet regulatory standards. Please review our return policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the sensitive and regulated nature of medical devices, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is not classified as a sterile, single-use, or custom-order item (these are non-returnable unless defective).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or used medical devices
  • Items that have come into contact with bodily fluids
  • Sterile or single-use products
  • Custom-made or special-order equipment
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for inspection and replacement or refund. Evidence such as photos or videos may be required to process your claim.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at 307-752-2382 or qualitycontrol@p4biologix.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

Note: This policy is designed to comply with FDA and other applicable health regulations. P4 Biologix reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with the above conditions.
